This Privacy Policy explains how Buckaroo Endurance (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise handles personal information in connection with our website and business. It applies when you visit this site, sign up for First Access, enter the Sample Pack Giveaway or another promotion, communicate with us, use our storefront, or place an order once purchasing is available.

Depending on how you interact with the site, we may collect:

• Contact information — such as your name, email address, or phone number, when you voluntarily provide it (for example, through First Access or the Sample Pack Giveaway).
• Order and transaction information — once purchasing is available, checkout and payment processing will be handled directly by Shopify. Buckaroo Endurance receives order details such as your name, shipping and billing address, email address, and items purchased. Your full payment card number is entered directly into Shopify and its payment processors — we do not directly collect, view, or store it.
• First Access signup — your email address, if you join our first-access list.
• Sample Pack Giveaway entries — your first name, last name, email address, and mobile phone number, along with whether you opted in to marketing messages.
• Customer support communications — information you share with us when you contact us with a question or request.
• Cart information — a first-party cart cookie that remembers items in your cart between visits. This cookie does not identify you personally and is not used for advertising or analytics.

• To operate, maintain, and improve this website and storefront.
• To process and fulfill orders placed through our Shopify-powered storefront, once purchasing is available.
• To respond to customer support requests and communicate with you about your inquiries.
• To administer promotions, such as the Sample Pack Giveaway, including verifying eligibility and contacting entrants with next steps.
• To send First Access communications, such as launch updates, to people who sign up.
• To send marketing emails or text messages, but only to people who have provided the applicable consent.
• To maintain cart and storefront functionality.
• To help detect, prevent, and address fraud, security incidents, and other harmful activity.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

We work with service providers who process personal information on our behalf to help us run the business, such as ecommerce, payment processing, fulfillment, communications, hosting, or form processing. Currently, this includes:

• Shopify — powers our storefront, checkout, and order processing.
• Form-intake processing — First Access and Sample Pack Giveaway submissions are routed through a Google Apps Script–based intake process.

We do not currently use any other third-party marketing or analytics platform in connection with this site. If that changes, we will update this policy.

On buckarooendurance.com, we currently use a single first-party, functional cookie that remembers your shopping cart between visits (it expires after roughly 10 days of inactivity). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on our own pages.

Once purchasing is available, completing an order takes place on Shopify’s own checkout pages, hosted separately from this site. Shopify may use its own cookies and similar technologies there to process your order, prevent fraud, and operate checkout, governed by Shopify’s own privacy practices.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. If you do, some parts of the site — such as your shopping cart or checkout — may not work as intended.

Marketing communications are only sent to people who have provided the applicable consent — for example, by checking the marketing consent box on the Sample Pack Giveaway form. Consent to receive marketing messages is never a condition of purchase.

• Email recipients can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our marketing emails.
• SMS recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide our services, maintain business and order records, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and satisfy applicable legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

• With service providers and processors who perform services on our behalf, such as Shopify for storefront, checkout, and payment processing.
• With fulfillment and shipping providers, once orders are being fulfilled.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
